Fat rats

Rats! Rats!

Stop taking away my broomcorn  !

I could not count on the years spent on laboring -served you

But there still no room left to me as the final resting place

I swear now I will throw you away

And find for myself a holy land as come it will

Holy land! Holy land!

She will give all we want.

Rats! Rats!

Stop taking away my barley

I could not count on the years spent on laboring-served you

But there are only left to me those shit-things

I swear now will throw you away

And find for myself a rose-country as come it will

Rose-country! Rose-country!

There are the huts transferred from sire to son

Rats! Rats!

Stop eating my rice-shoots!

I could not count on the years spent on laboring- served you.

But you’ve stopped nothing in committing evils.
I swear now I will throw you away

And find cheerful fields for myself as come it will

Cheerful-fields! Cheerful-fields!

Who should be with long-mourning and repeating-howl

Without captive-bonded soul?

The rats in official-granary

“The   Rats!” That’s great something like in official-granary,

Those   feel no   doubt you see them at their best.

Ignoring the common people’s starving and   soldier-hungry,

Who allows those rats keep their great- fatness day after day?
